No app for guests

Wedding photo sharing made simple

Every photo from every guest, in one gallery you own. No app downloads and no setup, just a QR code on the tables that works with the camera everyone already has.

The problem

The wedding photo problem

Photos stay on phones

Guests take the candids your photographer cannot be in two places for, and then never send them. They sit in camera rolls until nobody remembers they exist.

App downloads exclude people

A wedding spans every age and every phone. Asking for an install quietly loses the relatives whose photos you most wanted.

Asking later does not work

By the time you are back and chasing people for pictures, the moment has passed and everyone has moved on.

How it works

Three steps

  1. I

    Create your event

One field, and you have a gallery and a QR code. Nothing to install and nothing to pay.

  2. II

    Put the code out

Print it for the tables, add it to the invitations, or just send the link. Guests scan with the camera app they already have.

  3. III

    Collect and download

Photos land in your gallery as they arrive, and you take the whole set away in one archive.

Why it works for weddings

It looks like your wedding

Set the cover photo, the colors and the type, so the page guests land on reads as yours rather than as somebody else’s product.

One archive at the end

Download everything in a single file, ready for an album or for sending to the family who could not be there.

Uploads are never blocked

Guests keep uploading past the free 50 whether or not you have paid. Unlocking is your decision afterward, not a wall in front of your guests.

The total is bounded

$0.10 per photo past the free 50, and it stops at $20. A busy event cannot produce a surprise bill.

Everyone can use it

From the friend who films everything to the grandparent who has never installed an app. If they can point a camera at a code, they can add photos.

Storage that lasts

Every photo is stored for a full year, on every plan, and the whole event downloads as one archive whenever you want it. Full-resolution originals are available too, at $0.20 per photo capped at $40.

What hosts said

Each guest was given a QR code. By morning after my wedding day I had over 300 images. This could not have been easier!

I loved Pixsie for its simplicity. It worked perfectly for our event and you can't beat the price!

After looking at countless other sites and apps for collecting wedding pictures we decided to go with Pixsie. We loved the idea of only paying after a certain number of uploads as well as the easy interface for guests to upload pictures and videos without having to download an app or sign in to a website. We were able to match the interface of the site to our wedding colours and easily display QR codes around our venue. We loved getting to look through everything that was uploaded in the days following our wedding easily downloading them in high quality!
