photographs of your venue, taken by guests, that nobody collects today
That is the median across the weddings we have run. The busiest produced 1,737. They are spread across your guests' phones by midnight and gone by Tuesday, and they are the only pictures anyone will ever take of your rooms full of people.
Pixsie Business, for venues running 50+ events a year
Why bother
Three reasons a venue cares, none of which are the software
Something to say on a tour
Every venue in your area shows the same barn, the same lighting and the same list of preferred suppliers. A gallery every guest can add to is a line in your package that the venue down the road does not have, and your couples get it because they booked you.
Photographs of your own space
With the couple’s permission you keep the guest photos from weddings you hosted: your rooms, full, at night, with real people in them. That is the shot your own marketing never has, and no styled shoot produces it.
One number, not one per wedding
You pay once a year for a block of events, so a busy September does not cost more than a quiet February. No stock to hold, nothing to depreciate, and no invoice that moves with your calendar.
How it works
Three steps, about a minute each
Step 1
Create the wedding
Couple’s name, the date, which space. Your logo and colors are already on the gallery.
Step 2
Print your signage
Pick a template, download the PDF, print it. Or use the permanent code for that space and never print again.
Step 3
Hand it to the couple
One click. The gallery becomes theirs, the photographs are theirs, and you keep the images of your rooms they agree to share.
Signage
A file, not a parcel
We used to promise to post you printed cards. It sounded generous and it was the wrong product: a card is out of date the moment a date moves, and it puts our name on a table you spent a year designing.
Instead you get the templates and the files. Your branding is already applied, you print what you need when you need it, and the QR sits wherever you want it to sit, including on the escort cards and table numbers someone is already printing for that wedding.

Your first three weddings, free
- Your first 3 events are free. No card, nothing to cancel. Set them up yourself in the dashboard, or send us the dates and we will do the first one with you.
- Design your signage in your own branding and print it the same afternoon. No parcel to wait for and no minimum order.
- Each couple gets their gallery handed over in one click, so the photographs are theirs and the credit is yours.
- After the 3 you get the numbers from your own weddings: how many guests took part, how many photographs, what the couples said. Then you pick a plan, with data instead of a pitch.
The obvious questions
Asked before you have to
Do our couples pay anything?
Who owns the photos?
Do guests need to download an app?
How does the signage work?
Our preferred photographer already offers something like this.
What if it breaks in the middle of a reception?
What happens if we run more weddings than our plan?
How much work is this for our team?
What happens to the galleries if we cancel?
