About
At every wedding there are two sets of photographs. There is the one the photographer takes, which is lit and composed and arrives six weeks later. And there is the one on a hundred and twenty phones, taken after the photographer has gone home, which almost nobody ever sees.
Pixsie collects the second set. Guests scan a code on the table and upload from the phone already in their hand. There is no app to install and no account to make, because the moment either is asked for, most of the room quietly opts out and the photographs stay where they are until the phone is replaced.
Small, and on purpose. Pixsie is made by Heterodox LLC. When you write to support, or ask a venue question, you are talking to the person who wrote the code rather than to a rota.
Photographs are private by default and are never used to train AI models. A gallery is unlisted rather than public: it is reachable by its link and by the code on the table, and search engines are asked not to index it.
Pricing is one number per event with no per-guest charge and no subscription, because an event happens once and being billed monthly for it is the wrong shape. The current figures are on the pricing page, which is the only place they are written down.
Questions, press enquiries, or a venue that wants to try this across a season: get in touch or write to hello@pixsie.app.
